
Sarah B. Solanet
Sarah B Solanet is a Paris-born visual artist with n eclectic background in fashion, art and costume design and cinema. Her creative journey began in 2009 on the film Coco Avant Chanel, directed by Anne Fontaine, where she worked alongside Oscar-winning costume designer Catherine Leterrier to create costumes for Audrey Tautou and Marie Gillain.
She studied at Mod’Art International and earned her Master’s degree in 2010 and after graduating, worked as a dresser for fashion houses like Jean Paul Gaultier and Chanel, becoming Cara Delevingne’s personal dresser for Chanel shows and signing her own modelling deal with DI Agency. Enjoying art in all it’s forms, she began making futuristic, perspex jewellery under her own brand, Couleur Punk à L’eau.
In 2015, seeking new inspiration, Sarah moved to a creative warehouse community in North London, where she developed her distinctive drawing style, influenced by the eclectic group of artists she lived with.
Now residing in Brighton where she raises her son, her distinctive artistic voice strikes boldly into the world, formed by an artistic life with many evolutions of creativity.
