Returns
We do not offer returns on any of our original art or antique sourced stock. All sales are final. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please email hello@southovergallery.com and we will organise for your item to be returned and for a full refund.
Packaging
We believe in re-using surplus packaging wherever possible. You will therefore find your purchases will arrive in re-used boxes which might not look so smart, but it is soon going to be ripped off to reveal your treasure!
Shipping
We endeavour to ship purchases within 3 working days. For larger and more high value pieces, we use Parcel Force Expree and we will contact you to arrange additional payment based on your your address. We always insure shipments to their value.
